Faith
My faith shapes how I serve, how I treat others, and the responsibility I feel toward this work.
Doctor of Chiropractic • Former Division 1 Rugby Player
I recently moved back to Round Rock to begin my career as a chiropractor. I'm passionate about faith, performance, wellness, and helping people become more confident in the way they move.

Meet the Doctor
Before you ever step into the office, I want you to know who I am, why I chose chiropractic, and what I hope to bring to this community.

MY STORY
I was born and raised right here in Round Rock. I attended Double File Elementary, Hernandez Middle School, and Stony Point High School. This community shaped who I am, and many of the streets and neighborhoods I am visiting today are the same places I grew up around.
My journey eventually took me from Round Rock to Atlanta, where I competed in Division 1 rugby and completed chiropractic school at Life University. While I was there, I also spent six years serving in ministry with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes — work that shaped how I think about faith, competition, and character as much as chiropractic school did. Along the way, I was part of three national championships, two as a player and one as a coach, and a four-time American Rugby Premiership champion. Years of rugby taught me how deeply movement, recovery, and physical confidence can affect a person’s performance and quality of life. It also showed me how frustrating it can be when pain or injury keeps you from doing what you love.
Those experiences led me toward chiropractic and a career centered on working directly with people, understanding how they move, and helping them become more capable in their everyday lives.
Now, after years away learning, competing, and growing, I have returned home to begin my career as a chiropractor. I am excited not only to practice in Round Rock, but to reconnect with the community that raised me and earn the opportunity to serve the families who live here.
A BRIEF SNAP SHOT OF MY LIFE
What I Care About
My faith shapes how I serve, how I treat others, and the responsibility I feel toward this work.
You do not have to be a professional athlete to want your body to perform better. Performance can mean competing, training, working, parenting, or simply moving through life with confidence.
Health is more than reacting when something hurts. It includes movement, recovery, habits, resilience, and learning how to care for your body over time.
Who I Want to Help
I enjoy working with people from all walks of life: parents chasing kids around the house, working professionals at a desk all day, active adults trying to stay consistent, older adults who want to keep moving well, recreational and competitive athletes, and people returning to exercise after time away.
My focus is on practical things that help you move better day to day: mobility, everyday movement, resilience, recovery, strength, posture habits, and general musculoskeletal comfort. Whatever your starting point, the goal is to help you feel more capable and confident in your body.
Community Check-In
As I meet people throughout Round Rock, I want to understand what is making it harder for them to move, train, work, recover, and enjoy everyday life.
